Leeds & Brescia heads want Serie A to be canceled due to COVID-19

Former Leeds owner and current Brescia president Massimo Cellino says the Serie A season should be cancelled due lớn "the plague" of coronavirus- According to the asian handicap tips page!

The COVID-19 pandemic has now claimed more lives in Italy than in China after the country has been ravaged by the outbreak of the virus.

Over 4,800 people have sadly lost their lives due to coronavirus and the country is in complete lockdown as they battle lớn try and get the situation under some sort of control.

Although soccer vip tip has been suspended across Europe, leagues are widely believed lớn be looking at completing the current season at some point this summer.

Cellino, though, says that the Italian season should be cancelled altogether due to the sheer size and severity of the global health crisis.

"You don't have lớn think about when to start again, but if you survive," he told the Corriere Dello Sport newspaper.

"Everything has to be moved lớn the next season. It is time for realism, gentlemen. This is the plague.

"You can no longer play this year. Think about the next one.

"Some people still do not realise what is happening, and those people are worse than the virus.

"I don't believe in miracles, I stopped doing it long ago. We reset."

Brescia were bottom of the division and destined for relegation when all domestic sporting activity at all levels in Italy was suspended on March 9.

While Cellino has called for the competition to be scrapped, some clubs, including title-chasing Lazio and sixth-placed Napoli, are reportedly eager lớn return to training.

"Anyone who wants this cursed (title), take it. It is closed. Finished. And I am not saying this because Brescia is last in the standings," Cellino added.

"We are last because we deserve it."
