The domestic worker from the Philippines, the maximum limit for recruitment is 17,288 riyals.
The domestic worker from Uganda, the maximum limit for recruitment is 9500 riyals.
From Thailand, the maximum recruitment limit is 10,000 riyals.
From Kenya, the maximum limit for recruitment is 10,870 riyals.
From Bangladesh, the maximum recruitment limit is 13,000 riyals.

Regulations and laws for issuing recruitment visas

1 • It is permissible for the Saudi family to bring in a domestic worker or a private driver after the conditions and financial ability are met.

2 • Approving the recruitment of a domestic worker that requires the presence of children, the presence of a second wife, or parental support.

3 Approval of another driver if the applicant has more than one wife and sons in schools or unmarried daughters who are employed.

4 Approval of the recruitment of every citizen who suffers from disability due to age, illness or disability, he or a member of his family who is legally dependent on them, after submitting a recent medical report proving his condition and need.

5 Approval of recruitment as a rest worker, under the following conditions:

The rest area shall not be less than (1000 square metres) owned by the applicant and registered with the competent government agency.
It is not approved for more than one rest house worker, regardless of the justifications or the number of rest houses owned by one person.
Availability of financial capacity.
6 It is permissible to approve an alternative visa for the domestic worker or the private driver after issuing a final exit visa from the passports (by stamping it on the driver’s or worker’s passport) and taking the employer’s undertaking to leave and present evidence of that within a period of two months and indicate on the computer the employer’s record for follow-up .

7 • Non-previous cases are referred to the Personnel Recruitment Committee at the Ministry of Labor to consider these cases according to their data.
