US is feeling Wrath of Lich King launch

Standing in queue with the players who had purchased the game prior to the midnight deadline, Poole was already salivating throughout his next 12 hours. "I'm an avid fan of questing, I'm a huge quester and I've heard that the expansion really boosted the plot," he said, being giddy but calm in the same breath. "I'm an inept player and try to avoid it as often as I am able to."

Her companion, 30 years old Catherine Aquino, takes the exact opposite route with her fully-equipped WoW Cataclysm Classic mage. For around 20 hours per each week, Aquino is a play-by-play machine. "That's my entire job," she said, smiling. "I gank people like Jeff. I'm a lot like the guy on South Park. I'm not a fan of the huge raids and I don't like questing, which is why I'm anxious about getting to the level of 80. But I'd like to be able to reach the 80 level to be able to be able to gank people. This is my sole motivation."
